Virtual Geomechanics Colloquium 2020
In 2020, the 69th Geomechanics Colloquium / Johann Golser Colloquium had to be organized only virtual for the first time due to the corona pandemic.
It was held successfully from October 8th - 10th, 2020.
The session topics were:
- NATM – Highlights and Challenges
- Service and maintenance works
- Geotechnical relevant Natural Hazards
- International large projects
The contributions were still available to the registered people until the end of the year.
A virtual exhibitor platform has been set up for our exhibitors.
Nevertheless, a virtual event cannot replace personal exchange and we will do everything in our power to hold the colloquium as usual in the future.
The Austrian Tunnel Day has been postponed to 2021.
